  • Upon Arrival please text message (314) 441-8121 to announce your arrival and wait for a reply announcing the treatment room is ready for your arrival.

  • Please note that clients who arrive without a mask will be required to reschedule their appointment and/or be provided a mask until treatment is rendered.

ONLINE BOOKING

To secure your appointment at Skin Studio Nine, we require a credit card to be placed on file. 

This policy offers guests transparent pricing and no-hassle with checking out while eliminating the financial impact caused by missed appointments and late cancellations. Should you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment per our cancellation policy, your card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.

LATE ARRIVALS

I do not extend service times or issue refunds for late arrivals. Arriving more than 15 minutes late for your service will result in its cancellation and the application of a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The time you schedule is reserved exclusively for you. When appointments are missed, or cancelled with insufficient notice, we’re unable to fill the vacancy, causing substantial financial impact to the business.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with Skin Studio Nine, I request 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

All no-shows are charged at full value.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

I reserve the right to refuse service or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to Skin Studio Nine's spa atmosphere/ 

SCOPE OF PRACTICE

In North Carolina, state law prohibits salon and spa professionals from diagnosing or treating clients with contraindicated medical conditions. Should your professional determine that you are ineligible for service, I will happily refer you to an appropriate physician. When your condition has been resolved, or you have a medical release clearing you for service, you are more than welcome to reschedule your appointment.

MINORS

Skin Studio Nine provides guests with a calm, relaxing atmosphere. It is not a safe or suitable environment for children. Clients must make childcare arrangements prior to visiting as children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the spa. Clients who arrive with children will be required to reschedule and may be subject to the missed appointment fee as there are no exceptions to this policy.

Additionally, teens 14-18 years of age must be accompanied by a legal guardian for the duration of their treatment time or when picking up products.

REFUND POLICY

Retail Products:
It is our pleasure to provide you with a store credit within ten days of a retail purchase if the product is accompanied by the original receipt and remains sealed, unopened and unused. Open items are considered contaminated therefore ineligible for returns or exchanges.

Conditionally, open products may be returned for a store credit should you have an adverse reaction. However, this is contingent upon an additional scheduled consultation to review product usage and home care regimen.

NO SERVICE REFUNDS

To ensure the most favorable outcome, I perform thorough consultations that require your participation and honest feedback. All service sales and deposits are final.

GIFT CARDS / EGIFT CARDS

E-Gift Cards are redeemable at Skin Studio Nine for goods and services not exceeding the remaining credit balance on the card. Treat the Card as cash; if it is lost, it will not be replaced. The balance will not expire and may not be transferred or redeemed for cash value.
